Mak Poir is made from pear juice and Calvados. We wanted to elaborate an aperitive pear-based product with round and sharp tastes at the same time.

this aperitif combines vivd, fruity and round tastes. It’s a delight for eyes with its yellow and coppered colour. It reveals cooked pears aromas and English candy flavours. Then, after a few minutes of oxygenation, the white flowers and marzipan notes underline the blend with the Calvados. This aperitif goes well with a pear charlotte cake for instance.
