Cherisyi means cherrytree in Normandy. this pear cider is wisely blended with cherry liquer, which brings a gourmet freshness to the product. Produced with the “Méthode Traditionnelle”, this product has a light pink colour to remind the fresh of the bigarreau cherry. Ideal as an aperitif or with a strawberry and basilic salad and a drop of apple balsamic vinegar.
