This pear cider, produced in “Méthode Traditionnelle”, has a typical orange colour. The citrus notes (mandarin) underlines the expedition liqueur added during the process called “dégorgement”. In mouth, the Empyrus reveals to be vivid and refreshing. Ideal for drinking as an aperitif or with seafood.
